Strategic designer and regenerative systems thinker with a cross-disciplinary backround in organisational culture, infrastructure, and education, alongside design and sustainable development. Andrew brings more than two decades of experience working at the interface of human and environmental systems, enabling infrastructure, and place based transformation.
He is a former Chair of the Institute for Positive Education, a global authority on wellbeing in the education sector, and has co-founded platforms such as Decodeu, a values discovery, alignment and cultural transformation tool used by high growth organisations, and Welchemy, a wellbeing literacy learning platform supporting individuals and teams in proactively managing personal and collective wellbeing.

With a focus on aligning human intent with systems, policy and spatial design, Andrew's work spans energy, housing, education, and urban development. His approach combines insight, innovation and structure - enabling transformation that is measureable, inclusive, and grounded in both ecological and human resilience.
