Chris Olver

Corporate advisor with over a decade of experience supporting boards and company directors through complex financial turnarounds, restructures and capital strategies. Chris has worked across the full spectrum of insolvency and recapitalisation, restoring businesses to solvency and profitability across infrastructure, technology, and investment-intensive sectors.

He was enaged by Silicon Valley Bank to manage the restructure of its venture debt portfolio, leading the sale and settlement process for over 40 technology businesses ahead of the bank's collapse. He has also advised a Middle Eastern family office in support of Emirates Airlines, facilitating the financing and refitting of aircraft through an Asia-based bond structure. In New South Wales, Chris led the strategic transition of one of the states largest civil contracting businesses involved in major government infrastructure projects.

With a background in financial structuring, capital raising, and operational execution, Chris brings a pragmatic, solutions-driven approach to stabilising and repositioning businesses in timing-critical environments.
