Clare practices in the ACT and lectures in constitutional law and legal ethics at the Australian National University. She also serves as a member of the ACT Civil and Administrative Tribunal, contributing to administrative review and dispute resolution processes.
Clare holds a Master of Laws (Legal Practice), a Bachelor of Laws, and a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Australian National University, as well as an Advanced Certificate in Mediation from the London School of Mediation. Her multidisciplinary background includes studies in linguistics and drama, informing her holistic approach to legal practice and education.
